This little egg spaceship is possibly the best kitchen appliance ever (aside from the cold brew machine, of course).I am apparently inept at boiling eggs. The shells never want to easily come off and I either end up losing 25% of the egg or worse, shells make it into my mouth. That's no good.. I've tried everything - immediately putting them in ice water, adding vinegar to the water, pressure cooking 'em in my Instant Pot - and still, shells stick every time.This little spaceship has solved all of my problems. The first time I used it, I was happily able to devour two soft-boiled eggs within about 7 minutes of sticking them in the spaceship. The shells, seemingly steamed, just fell right off. Best of all, no babysitting. Put the eggs in, turn it on, go do other highly important things, and when the eggs are done it beeps loudly and turns itself off so your eggs won't overcook.10/10 would definitely recommend!

What’s not to love? This thing is easy to use and cooks perfect eggs. Love it!

This egg cooker works GREAT and very easy to use! The only suggestion I have for the next improve version of this egg cooker is to design it so all the accessories that come with it fit under the lid for easy, convenient storage.

After trying another brand that broke repeatedly, I almost gave up finding a decent steam egg boiler. The Cuisinart 10 Egg cooker is great. I can cook 1-2 eggs or 10 and they turn out perfect each time. No more icky egg water in a pan, or standing around the stove. I love this product! You do need to listen for the alarm to go off and it does not shut itself off. But other than that, I love it. It cleans very easy - my trick to keeping it nice and shiny is to pour white vinegar in the bottom right after I turn it off. Then turn it on for about 1 minute, off again and rinse. Sparkling clean. No problems with it at all, highly recommend.

I love everything about this egg cooker. Had an old one that no longer worked. Bought this on Amazon and now my wife and I use it all of the time. Works perfect for any type off eggs you like.

It works great overall! Leaves a stain even when using distilled water. But knocks 10 boiled eggs in nothing flat.

I read the reviews, positive and negative. The positive reviews convinced me to purchase the Egg Central. I believe the negative comments are from people who did not read or follow the directions provided. I also viewed demonstrations and helpful hints on You Tube. For me this is the easiest and foolproof way to prepare hard boiled eggs.
