This is my favorite cooker. Completely satisfied. Easy to use. I have to play with it more but when the alarm goes off after 11 minutes or so the on off switch that moves left to right stays in the on position. I am not sure if it actually turned the heat off or not. I have to play with it more.

I am very happy with the Egg Central. Steaming the eggs makes the shell almost fall off! The omelette tray makes the best omelettes and no mess to clean up. This is an indispensable appliance in my kitchen.

The only issue I have is that the top (dome) does not lock (for storage). Dash egg cooker does a better job. Otherwise, it is a great product (so far).

Set it and forget it cooking, easy to peel hard boiled eggs (the shells almost fall off the eggs), eggs cooked perfect inside and out.I rarely write online reviews of any kind but after using the Cuisinart Egg Cooker I felt compelled to give a shout-out. I am old school when it comes to cooking and try to stick with the tried and tested methods I learned from my Mom. Over the years I’ve had ~ an 80% success rate when it comes to making hard boiled eggs (the conventional way) with enough cosmetic appeal take to family functions as deviled eggs. I am really glad I read the majority of the positive AND negative reviews before purchasing my cooker. The main thing I learned that was the most useful is “READ THE DIRECTION FIRST”. I’ll be honest, I had to read through them 3 times before I felt confident that I knew how to proceed. The first thing I did was make 10 hardboiled eggs. Each of them turned out PERFECT. As soon as the timer went off I unplugged the unit (based on a negative comment someone made - saying one of this things will burn your house down). As soon as the eggs cooled down just enough to transfer them to a cold water bath I let them soak until able to pick them up comfortably. I could not believe how easy the shell almost “FELL OUT” the egg. Besides the set it and forget it cooking process and the easy of peeling all the eggs were cooked properly. I’ll admit I did make one bone-head move during that first attempt. I did use the piercing device on the bottom of the provided beaker – BUT – dummy me didn’t take the protective plastic off the needle. The second batch was FLAWLESS. My daughter watched me the two times I used the cooker. When I got up the next morning, she had already used the cooker to make soft boiled eggs for herself and my grandson. Again, easy to use and the results were outstanding. GREAT product!

I have no issues with this at all... but I did great green eggs once because I added a bit to much water. And one busted but the kids got a kick out of it. I don't like putting that whole in the egg. Ooops...

This thing is compact, versatile and easy to use. I've never been able to make easy peal eggs using conventional egg boiling techniques but this thing makes it easy. Every egg pealed perfectly, no chunks!

i rarely write reviews anymore, but i will with this. when my friend recommended it, i thought why in the heavens would i need an egg cooker? i don't make eggs very often because they are a pain the patoot to make, even though i like them and they area great source of protein.But I thought, what the heck, i would try - if i didn't like it i could easily return it on Prime. much to my surprise - i LOVE IT. it has a built in pin on the cup bottom to prick the egg shell, it has a measuring cup for precise measring, and it allows me to cook 10 eggs at a time. simple on and off button, no brainer. ringer lets me know it is off - loud, but not obnoxious. and to clean the bottom of the pan area just squirt a little vinegar and water, let it sit for a half minute and wipe clean -easy. deceptively VERY SMALL - but it cooks eggs to perfection - to breaking, EAST TO PEEL, just follow easy instructions.and NO i have not been given this product - i paid for it - and really - amazingly love it - i got rid of a ton of my kitichen appliances because they don't work well or were a fad (crepe maker comes to mind). well, this one, i am KEEPING.. try it out, you'll like it!

Absolutely loved this contraption. Makes perfectly peeling eggs every time! So easy and quick! Only gave it 4 stars because it stains easily...the bottom does.

Arrived before delivery date. Washed all components as recommended but have not cooked any eggs yet. Now, I will be able to have hard boiled- poached- and soft eggs. Thanks Amazon and Cuisinart!

This thing is awesome I have now purchased a total of three, one for myself , one for my sister and one for my Mom. I love that it makes eggs in variety of ways. The 3 egg omelettes are a perfect portion and wonderfully fluffy
