It gets the job done, don't get me wrong. Just minor hang ups. When you fill the water, I'm almost positive that indicates when the water is gone, thus, the heating element keeps going causing a burning smell and browning on the eggs and bottom pan. Not great for long term use I assume. There are probably better egg cookers out there.

This is the second one we've had. At first I thought is was going to be a gimic but this thing works great. The eggs peal so easy and they are cooked exactly like I want them every time. No guessing.

The egg cooker is very easy to use and has prepared our hard-boiled eggs and omelets perfectly every time! There has not been a single time when it has not been perfect. Would definitely recommend this cooker!

So easy to make eggs!! Just prick the bigger part of the egg and put that side up in the egg cooker. Fill the little cup up to the line approximately 5 ounces of water and turn it on. That's it! The unit will signal when done in about 8 to 10 minutes. I immediately immerse the whole plastic thing holding all the eggs in cold water and crack them. Then just give them each a roll on the kitchen counter and the shell comes right off. Easy peasy. I use it all the time.

This egg cooker is simple to use and makes excellent poached eggs. I've had it for about year now.

So I held out to get this particular egg cooker after my son showed me the one they have.First off... the egg poacher cups although you can cook 4 they are deep. I use only farm fresh eggs so cooking time needs to be adjusted as they are raw. So generally I use the omelet pan to make my poached eggs.I am a junky, I use this 3 times a week minimum and Cuisinart does not disappoint.Have not done hard boiled eggs yet.*****Word to the wise, use ONLY DISTILLED WATER*** Cleaning otherwise is impossible mineral deposits suck

Best purchase I’ve made in years! The eggs practically peel themselves, perfect every time.I didn’t need this cooker to boil eggs, I can do that just fine. I needed this cooker because it makes peeling a breeze. Worth every penny.

Great product. Works well. Consistently good. I've used the hard boiled, soft boiled, and poached options. I used the second level. All works great. And the bell to tell when done is not obnoxious like most the others! Definately worth a little more than the others. Definately recommend it.

It cook’s them perfectly and the shell comes off insanely easy.

It creates a brown discoloration to the heating plate . Just use the instructions on how to clean it and it will look liken new

I gave this only 4 stars for the pin that helps to puncture a hole in the egg for cooking. It is not really sharp enough to keep from cracking the eggs when you try to pierce them. But this does a great job of hard boiling the eggs and they peel super fast and easy too.

The too doesn’t stay in completely while cooking and water spatters all over. Other than that it’s nice.

The egg puncher is hard to use, but I have a good one. Eggs are perfect. The advice on lneeding distilled water is important.

Purchased one a few years ago. Liked it so much, I got one for our place in Fl. Just purchased this as a gift for my nieces after they asked for my deviled egg recipe. They loved it!

Easy to boil eggs but leaves tarnish 0n bottom ofcooker. Booklet is hard to harder to understand.
