The product works precisely as advertised. Follow the directions and you’ll make perfect soft boiled, hard boiled eggs and omelettes. The parts are easy to clean and store.

Only real issue is the discoloring that you will need to clean with vinegar. Doesn't matter if you use distilled or regular water.Works like a champ, great product. Wish it came in a bigger style.

It is easy to use. Directions state that amount of water to be used will probably need to be adjusted by experimentation. Correct. For 3 eggs (hard boiled at 3500 feet elevation) I have to use completely full measure of cup to make them come out OK Have not tried more than 3 yet.

This product, hands down, is amazing. To begin with, I start my day with eggs every morning, without fail. The thing I like most about this gadget is the fact that once you put all your ingredients in the pan, you leave it and make your toast, your coffee, set your placemat with your eating utensils or whatever else you want to do while this gadget prepares your omelet. With the amount of water I use which is approximately 160 ml, I can make a two or three egg omelet, depending on how hungry I am. Lately I have been using two eggs because once I add my ingredients, I find that two eggs satisfy my hunger. I usually add feta cheese, parsley, pinch of minced onion and some crushed red pepper prior to cooking so that all the ingredients are within the omelet upon completion. This will usually take approximately 13 minutes if you use 160 ml of water. If you use less water then the cooking time decreases but then you are usually going to make poached eggs.I got to say that all my omelets come out perfect. Never had a bad one. Make sure you use a little butter or oil to the pan so when it is complete all you have to do is to flip the omelet on your plate. It's as easy as that. I just ordered my second one to give to a friend for their birthday.I even take this with me when I go on fishing trips with my friends. You should see their faces when I prepare my breakfast. I would give this gadget 6 stars if I could.Added note. Make sure you use distilled water. It prolongs the life of the unit due to not having harmful minerals that tap water has. Don't even use spring water. Just distilled.

As advertised, it cooks eggs perfectly every time. Egg shells come right off with no fuss. In order for it to work well you have to puncture a little hole in each egg on the BIG side of the egg not the small side using the supplied water cup spike on the bottom of the cup. Works really well for poached eggs and omelets as well. Cleanup is a breeze because I use distilled water when cooking.
