Works well, but the connection between the ball and socket wears out quickly. When you move the spray head to reposition it the head comes off easily after a month or two of use. To keep from making a mess you have to turn off the water, slip the socket back over the ball and then start again, being very careful when you position the head so it doesn’t fall off again.
