Nice, simple shelf that matches our stainless steel cookware. I also like how you can adjust the bars. Do not use the anchors included (they were a nightmare); I highly recommend using toggle anchors, instead. Hoping it holds up over time!

Wow what a pain to install the anchors that it comes with way to big my recommendation use a proper size screws with washer work perfect took less then 5 minutes to install versus using the anchors they provided trust me you will thank me saving you the headache overall after it's sturdy enough to hold my 360 cookware sets.

The product is sturdy for multiple purposess. I used it in the kitchen but can use every where since it’s so nice. I had a concern about the anchors what other customers had but it seems upgraded to regular anchors recently. Installation with this kind of the anchor was so easy and strong on the wall.I installed it about 15 min with drill/driver and our kitchen is more organized now.

Overall I will it is a very good product the following cons: the wall plugs provided are not good. I recommend getting the quality wall plugs from the hardware. Also the two mounting holes that were suppose to be 16 apart were not drilled into the frame. However, after installation I found it to be very sturdy.

Purchased this shelf system for my broom closet. I am able to hang my brooms, dustpan, aprons, etc. from the different rungs on the shelf. Customer Service was EXCELLENT. Very fast response and quick to accommodate any questions or concerns. The shelf is sturdy & good looking. I LOVE IT!!

Quality product! These racks are very durable and easy to install. At first I did not understand why they were so expensive but once I opened the box, I was surprised at how sturdy they are. They helped bring my life to my Kitchen.

Product itself is great. However, I’m not very handy and the instructions aren’t that great. I had to YouTube how to install the type of drywall anchor it came with. I have attached a pic here if you are confused too. Basically you use a 3/8” drill bit to make a hole in the wall and stick in each support arm already assembled to the anchors, then tighten with Alan wrench. I have attached pics of the finished product also. It feels pretty sturdy. I will update if the thing falls out of the wall.

 There are no holes drilled in the frame to attach to wall. There are holes in the frame on the instructions. What is the solution?

We received this today, the package itself isn’t very heavy. The installation was a breeze, well I handed pieces and my boyfriend put it up, but was very easy. Seems very sturdy and we have all of our pans on it!

This pot rack ads an air of a proffessionalism to my kitchen. I once owned a cafe and this gives me that feel again. I have a small kitchen and this is a great organizational tool and allows me easy access to the things I use most. The finish is beautiful stainless steel.

This pot rack is super easy to setup and is very sturdy. I like that you have the freedom to decide if you want the arms facing upwards or downwards(as you can see from the pic I installed it in the downward position). Comes with a plethora of hooks, and has storage space on the top.Its a great pot rack and I would definitely recommend!

I really love this rack. It was exactly what I was looking for to fit into a small kitchen in my apartment. It's very sturdy, and as you can see from the photo, it holds a lot. Mine is mounted to a masonry wall, so I had to use plastic expansion screws to mount it, but it hasn't budged even with all the weight. I was worried that the finish would chip, but it appears very solid so far and I've not seen any rust at joint or weld areas. It looks like real stainless steel, and not some cheap enamel. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product, and felt I got a great deal and a good product for the right amount of money.

The 16 oc holes on the rack lined up with our window, so I had to drill a couple extra holes, which was no problem. It fits right between 2 cabinets on either side of our kitchen window.

We put a dish drying pad and rack on top, so we can stand up plates and lids. The hooks are great, and hold a lot of weight. It feels very sturdy, I can't imagine this rack being pulled off the wall. My main concern is possible rust or corrosion over time in a moist kitchen environment.

If you need a sturdy rack to get some counter or cabinet space cleared up, this will help!

Finally...all of my cookware is in a nice, reachable space! No longer need to dig through a cabinet to fine the pot or pan I need at the time.
