I got this shelf mostly because it was the right size and right finish. Others have mentioned that the mounting hardware is less than ideal and they are right. We had a contractor put this up while doing some other work and he said the side that went into a stud is solid but he's not as confident about the side using drywall anchors. Luckily, we are using it for light weight items so it should serve just fine. I do like that you can take the rails out to clean them since we put it in a kitchen.

I love my new pot rack. It made a big difference in opening up space in my cabinets for other storage. I’m 5’2” and can easily reach every hanging pot. I use the step stool for the ones on top. It took two of us to install it, one to hold it and the other to mark the wall; and I didn’t trust the wall anchors provided. I ended up putting washers with the bottom screws that went into studs, but we used toggle bolts for the upper fasteners for better strength. Love this!

This appeared a little more flimsy in person. I would recommend stronger anchors as the ones that come with are useless. I would also recommend getting the main frame screws set first then the supports. Other than that, after a couple of patches... it is totally doing the job I bought it to do.

When I received the rack I didn’t put it up right away and when I went to put it up I noticed that the support arms were bent. Also the paint was scratched on the arms. It was to late late to return it so I am stuck with it.
Update: Great customer service, even though I waited many months to open my package and then discovered that the support arms had defects they still replaced them. Don’t be afraid to purchase from this company they will take care of you if there is a problem.

It was missing several screws and the ones built in stripped the moment I tried loosening them. Still works alright, just had to get my own materials.
