I ordered the 36 rack and absolutely love this! We were able to clear our stovetop from pots and pans just sitting on it. Loosened up our drawers from utensils by hanging them on the hooks! Assembly was a cinch, ultra easy. Installation though is a bit tricky. Please invest on a studfinder and a power drill coz you'll need them. Never just go with the screw and plastic screw enlarger to install on straight drywall. This will NOT HOLD LONG AT ALL. IT WILL FALL OFF! I bought a plank of wood wide enough to screw into our wall studs (studfinder needed) and then screw the rack into the wood plank. Now it's ultra secure and sturdy. Images attached for visual reference. Thank you!

Shelf itself is great and holds mostly cast iron pots and pans without any issues. Needed to buy a set of toggle bolts and better screws to hang it. Included hardware was terrible and two screws broke off in the studs when trying to install for the first time.

Pretty sturdy rack. Holding all I need and still solid as a rock. They drywall anchors they send with it are crap but I mounted with sturdy drywall anchors I had on hand. Overall nice rack.

They look very nice installed. Easy to put together. Bracket bent very slightly on both, but we made it work.

It took a bit more force than I expected to get the crosspieces to fit, but it's done, up, and looking very nice.

Sturdy enough to holds my pots and pans the only down fall is sheet rock anchors will not hold the weight, we have to improvise the back board to hit studs before installing racks. The chrome finished looks good!

Works good. Gave 4 stars because the picture has several pieces hanging from it and I only have a few and they still banged around..I purchased so we didn't have to stack them and they would get scratched and banged up. But it does clear up cupboard space which is a plus.

I've put up a lot of shelves in my day and I've never had so much trouble. First of all, the included wall anchors are awful. Save yourself a lot of trouble and wall repairs ... DO NOT USE THEM. The second I changed out the included anchors for some of a similar size that I purchased, the shelf went up perfectly. Before that, every time I would mount it, the shelf would pull the screws and/or the anchors out of the wall. I tried a smaller drill bit for the hole, too. To no avail. I have four holes in my wall now that I have to patch and paint. And I had to move the location of my shelf from my ideal position because I wrecked the drywall their trying to use the included anchors. DONT DO IT. Save yourself and replace the anchors and screws before you even attempt to mount. I took a star off of stability and ease of install because of this.Second, the screw placement on the shelf is less than ideal. I should have suspected it when I saw the design of the shelf, but I was distracted by my visions of my kitchen's future awesomeness. The problem is their placement in relation to the wall of the support. Unless you have an extra long extension for your electric screwdriver, there's no way you're screwing these things into the wall without doing it manually. And these are long screws. Even using a manual screwdriver was awkward and difficult, again, because the screws are so close to the wall of the metal support. I took a star off of ease of install for this, too.Overall, they went together fairly easily, of not awkwardly. The number of screws needed to secure the bars is annoying, but easily overcome. I was also annoyed at the special hex head of these screws. But that makes the sides of the shelf prettier in the long run.Now that they're up, I'm a happy camper. Love the look of them and that I don't have to attempt to match the wood color of existing cabinets or add another color to my kitchen. They fit plenty of stuff. I like that the hooks are secured on the cross bar and cannot be removed without taking the bar out. As I'm sliding pans off of the shelf, I know I'm not going to dislodge anything hanging. And I even reversed how the top one hangs and it still works beautifully. This is day 2 of their hanging in my kitchen, so I don't have a long-term perspective. But I'll be sure to update if anything drastic happens.

Good rack, see my photo for how we're using it.My only complaint is about the hole locations on the support arms, they will never line up with 16 on-center studs. The holes in the body are indeed 16 OC but the arms are about 30 on center.

Wow what a pain to install the anchors that it comes with way to big my recommendation use a proper size screws with washer work perfect took less then 5 minutes to install versus using the anchors they provided trust me you will thank me saving you the headache overall after it's sturdy enough to hold my 360 cookware sets.

I needed a wall mounted rack that could support the weight of my All-Clad pots and pans. I first installed the rack according to the instructions, with the support arms above the rack. As you can see in my second pic, it was not able to withstand the weight and it failed after hanging just 4 pans.

Fortunately, you can reverse the direction of the arms and had much better results.

Overall a good buy and does the job with minimal installation effort.

This was purchased for a small kitchen. It fits perfect where I wanted it. I put this in my rental. It makes a small kitchen efficient.
It is very easy to put together. The screws it came with were not the bet. I changed them to a more sturdy set up so it can hold the weight of the pans. I like the top rack for my lids etc. It comes with enough hooks for my pans. It is the perfect sice for a compact area. I gave it 4 stars because of the screws. You are better off going and getting anchors for the wall especially if you dont have studs where you need them.
Was empressed on how it looks.
