I cook for coworkers sometimes and they saw my cutting stainless steel and were impressed. It's easy to clean and after using mines I hand wash it and drip dry in dishwasher. I dont see any signs of corrosion. But I see cut Mark's from my Cuisinart knifes.

This is a good size for making pizza - would like larger but it gets a little hard to maneuver - so this is a good compromise

The edges on the handle were a little sharp, but it was easy enough to take a file and smooth those edges! Great product. Be prepared... it is the heaviest cutting board you will have!
