This is exactly what I’ve been looking for: a smooth-surfaced cutting board. It cleans exceptionally well and quickly, and it does not make a lot of noise when you cut on it. It was much heavier than I expected (but still very reasonable to handle) because it is not flimsily made. I got the larger sized board because the cutting board I had been using, which is about the size of the smaller one of these, always felt frustratingly small for my preferences. This larger size will be just right for me, I think!

It's hard to cut anything on it without getting my knife dull. But I bought it so I can knead bread and works for that purpose. This is big enough to cover one side of my double sink to extend my counter space.

Good idea product

I had an old plastic cutting board that had served me well for many years. However, it was time to get rid of it. I knew that I didn't want a wooden one, so when I found this stainless steel one, I decided to give it a try.

Pros:
1. It's very sturdy.
2. It's kind of hard to explain, but it feels very different to cut items on this as opposed to a plastic one, and I mean that in a positive way.
3. It's very easy to clean and, unlike plastic or wood, I feel that it cleans more thoroughly. Even though it's supposed to be dishwasher-safe, I've been washing mine by hand.

I love this cutting board, and hope to use it for many years to come. Be sure you pay attention to the measurements so you get the size that's best for you. The small one is very small, but it's just right for my needs. For serious cooks who cut up a lot of veggies, etc., you might want the larger size. Also, be aware that scratch marks are going to be a fact of life on any cutting board, and this one is no exception. I don't mind that at all, since it's not on display.

Overall, I'm very happy with this cutting board, and I highly recommend it.

Heavy duty and does not hold smells.

My first time getting away from wooden cutting boards and experimenting with stainless steel. This board is lightweight therefore easier to handle than wood. It is also very easy to clean and it feels more sanitary as metal doesn’t absorb as much as wood seems to. The size is perfect and I am happy so far.

This cutting board is a great size and you can cut very well on it.The problem is things like raw meat slip and slide all over,making it a bit risky to use.

I cook for coworkers sometimes and they saw my cutting stainless steel and were impressed. It's easy to clean and after using mines I hand wash it and drip dry in dishwasher. I dont see any signs of corrosion. But I see cut Mark's from my Cuisinart knifes.

This is a good size for making pizza - would like larger but it gets a little hard to maneuver - so this is a good compromise

One star off for packaging. I originally purchase this for gift giving however it arrived with damaged packaging, although the product inside looks fine. I already have a kitchen island with the stainless steel top so this isn't necessary. That been said, there isn't really anything to complain about the product. It's solid stainless steel, it does catch on the oil/finger print easily. it's flat, which is important for cutting board. It did get cut up/scratched easier than I expected. I also use it for making bread dough and it kind of stick if that's what you plant to use don't recommend it.
